So I’m covered by my parent’s plan until I’m 26 according to the new health law, right? But I’m out of college now, and I think I’m not on my parent’s plan anymore. What do I have to do?

You should talk to you parents about going back on their plan and if they agree, then in their job’s open enrollment period, they can add you to their health care plan.  They will have to inquire with their Human Resources representative when the open enrollment period is for their company.
